Personalised UK Handmade real soft european leather dog collar with solid fittings

This stylish leather dog collar has been hand cut from a full-grain chestnut brown black leather. We’ve paired it with a high-quality roller buckle, a D-ring for easy attachment to your dog’s leash and a strap loop. Each are resistant to rust and are extremely sturdy.

Dyed with non-toxic water-based dyes, this vegetable-tanned leather collar will become even more beautiful with wear. With an accumulation of scratches and oils from your dog’s coat, it’ll develop character and a unique patina.

To make it extra special, we can hand stamp the leather collar with your dog’s name or contact number, making it truly individual.

The name will be at the top in bigger letter and if you add a number this will be at the bottom smaller.

CARE GUIDE

If you want to keep your leather dog collar and lead looking great for years to come, we suggest that from time to time you apply a little leather wax, such as Sedgwicks Leather Feed to help preserve and protect the leather.

This wax will add a water-resistant barrier, but we advise against saturating the collar in water.

When leather gets wet, the oils in the leather bind to the water molecules. As the water dries and evaporates, it draws out the oils with it. The leather’s loss of natural oils causes it to lose its supple quality and turn brittle.

Should your collar or lead becoem soaked, they should be allowed to dry naturally and then treated with leather feed to keep the leather supple and well-nourished.
